Wordless Wednesday Diptych #17: Urgent

Finn’s on the left and Ren’s on the right:

Finn's Ren's

Be sure to check out Finn’s version of this post as well.

Update: Next week’s theme is “glee“. Also, I had broken the image links, even though the preview was working. They should be fixed now.

I like all the red in yours.

Finn – Right? As I mentioned in email, I wasn’t thrilled with this shot. But the more I looked at it, the more I liked the color. Plus, the original is a landscape shot and I think this portrait crop helps quite a bit.

    Definitely urgent!!

Sybil Law – Now that I’ve seen some of the other interpretations of “urgent”, I feel less bothered by my choice. Which is to say that I’m glad there is a lot of variety — after seeing the thematic similarity between mine and Finn’s, my concern that others might be along the same lines was heightened.

Awesome photos! As I told Finn, I was thinking more along the lines of a toddler holding himself. 😉

    Awesome! I like them both.

Sadly I fear we’ve fallen off the diptych track…these are awesome though.

Robin – Don’t let past setbacks impede future results! You can jump back in any time. Also… Thanks!

Lots of fun, I had originally been thinking something along these lines. 🙂

I liked what you came up with instead, though — very creative.

I was thinking along these lines with mine, but never actually found a fire truck.
    Very nice.

I barely got this photo on the last night of my NYC trip. Even then, I required the urging of NYC WatchDog and/or Poppy to actual get out my camera. 🙂
